PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe holder which can absorb vibration when attached to various pipes in a vehicle, a ship, a construction machine and so on, and excels in the vibration damping, whose material is superior in the pipe-holding capability to prevent pipes from dropping off, is made of a single member, and can be produced easily. SOLUTION: The fixed main body 3 consists of the foundation bed 4, the several fixed projections 5 on the bed, and the concave parts 6 to hold pipes 2 between those projections 5. The fixed main body 3 is composed of the polyester resin of hardness D 45 to 55, ethylene-αolefin copolymer of hardness A 65 to 85, and blowing agent, and mixed in the proportions of 1:0.5 to 1.5:0.04 to 0.12 respectively.
