PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior structure of a thermal power generating watch capable of generating and maintaining a difference in temperature actively and providing higher power generation performance. SOLUTION: Fin structure 1a, 10 and a ventilation hole 13 are provided in a part of an exterior part to improve a cooling function or a clearance part 12 is provided to reduce heat conduction so as to increase power generation performance.
