PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface light-emitting structure having light emitting elements as the light source that effects a uniform illumination by improving the uniformity and mix of the light to be used for a general electrical decoration. SOLUTION: The surface light-emitting structure A mounts an emitting body 3 having a coating surface 4 coating an emitting medium to be opposed to its irradiation direction into an emitting body 3 mounted into a substrate. The distance of the emitting body 3 against the emitting element 2 is set at a distance where the central light portion of light doesn't appear on the emitting element 2 of the emitting body and also is set at a distance in the order of visually recognizing from the outside an emission of the emitting body. The emitting medium may be a fluorescent pigment, for example.
