PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically obtain a schedule optimizing the efficiency of production while considering preparation time for changing a model of processes for a general line or the like for manufacturing products. SOLUTION: The schedule generation device is provided with an each product schedule generating means for generating a production schedule by arranging processes necessary for the production of every product, a schedule re-generating means for extracting a process in which preparation time to be required for a process model change for changing a product to be produced is changed in accordance with products before and after the model change and re-generating a schedule considering different preparation time and a process schedule generation means for generating a schedule allocating respective products to every process to be used on the basis of the schedule generated by the schedule regeneration means.
