PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal, including a user interface which has a keypad and a display means. SOLUTION: This keypad is built in a housing component assembly that can be removed, a processor controls a terminal according to the operation of a user interface and an identification means is built in the housing component assembly to identify the housing component assembly. The processor controls the display means in accordance with the identified housing component assembly.
