The cutting appts. has two spaced and parallel rods (1,2) at right angles to a guide rod (3). One of the parallel rods (1,2) acts as a pull rod, with a handgrip (6) which can be mounted and locked in a variety of positions. The other parallel rod (2) has a sliding blade holder (8) which can be secured in the required position. The rods (1-3) are round. A bush (5) with a threaded drilling moves along one rod (1). A handgrip (6) with a threaded bolt (7) is through the threaded drilling to lock the bush at any position. The blade holder (8) is a flat rod, in a U-shape, with passage drillings through both legs, fitted to the other rod (2). The blade (9) has a passage drilling, and slides on the second rod (2) between the legs of the blade holder (8). The blade holder (8) has a threaded drilling in the strap linking the two legs, to take the threaded bolt (11) of the locking screw unit (10), so that the bolt (11) presses against the back of the blade (9) and secures it to the rod (2) against side movements. The rods can be flat rods, with threaded drillings at intervals on the pull rod, to take the handgrip (6) with its threaded bolt (7). The other rod carries the U-shaped blade holder, with passage drillings at the lower sections of both legs to take a pin for the blade (9) to be positioned between the legs. The flat rods form a rectangular frame, with one as the pull rod, one to take the blade holder and a guide rod. A measurement scale is at one rod (2). The blade (9) is secured to its round rod (2) by a clamp, with an eccentric drilling to take a pin with a hook at both ends with the curved free end gripping under the round rod (2). The blade carrier can be a quadrilateral rod with a quadratic interior, to take an inserted round rod which is fixed in place to carry an angle iron which acts as the guide and pull unit. The blade (9) can be fitted into a holder with a guide bush, which slides on the quadrilateral rod and be locked in position.
