Adhesive preparations which little irritate the skin, have an excellent stability over prolonged storage and a high heat stability and show favorabl e adhesiveness in using. Namely, adhesive preparations comprising a styrene- isoprene-styrene block copolymer, polyisobutylenes, a takcifier, a plasticiz er and a drug component, characterized in that two or more polyisobutylenes having different average molecular weights are used in combination, the viscosity of the adhesive in the adhesive preparations ranges from 1,500 to 30,000 P (60~C), and the adhesive force thereof ranges from 5 to 200 g/10 mm .
