SUBSTANCE: plant has heat exchanger-condenser in form of two coaxially installed tubes. Internal tube is communicated with water lower layers of water reservoir and hydraulic pump is installed in this tube. Heat exchanger-condenser and coaxial to it cylindrical drip pan are attached to floating body. Secured to drip pan are plates of air conduits. Plant has electric fan, power supply unit, air velocity pickup. EFFECT: reduced power input in production of purified fresh water, reduced its cost and capital and maintenance expenditures for equipment. 1 dwg
