PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation membrane type gas generating device in which the dew condensation generated on the inside wall of a gas separation membrane is prevented and which the gas separating membrane is not affected by water and oil caused to flow therein directly due to damage of a filter even if it happens. SOLUTION: In the separation membrane type gas generating device for concentrating and separating a specific gas from the air by passing compressed air supplied from the outside of the device through a water filter, an oil filter, a dryer and the gas separation membrane in this order, the dew condensation on the inside wall of the gas separation membrane is prevented and the gas separation membrane is not affected by water and oil caused to flow therein directly from the filter due to the damage of the filter even if it happens by providing a membrane dryer as the dryer.
