<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely obtain gaseous oxygen to be manufactured independently in a desired gaseous oxygen concentration at a desired gaseous oxygen flow rate and to attain the power conservation property corresponding to a desired gaseous oxygen manufacturing condition (concentration×flow rate) in the power consumption in the manufacture. SOLUTION: The supply quantity of raw material compressed air per time, that is the driving speed of an air compressor, is automatically controlled to be increased and decreased to obtain a desired fixed gaseous oxygen concentration and the switching pressure of an adsorption column is proportionally controlled to meet the desired gaseous oxygen manufacturing condition (concentration×flow rate).</p> |
