PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an axial torque in medium or low rotation speed of an engine, by relaxing exhaust gas interference in a multiple cylinder engine. SOLUTION: A manifold converter 5 is provided with a partition member 14 which divides into two a space 11 which is positioned at more upstream side than a carrier 7 packaged in the manifold converter 5, and exhaust ports 1, 4 and exhaust ports 2, 3 whose ignition order are not sequential to one another communicate with the divided spaces 11, 11, respectively, thereby to constitute the exhaust manifold 6. By this constitution, since an exhaust gas flow discharged from each of the exhaust ports 1 to 4 is made to flow into each space of the manifold converter 5 partitioned by the partition member 14, the exhaust interference between other cylinders is relaxed thereby increasing the axial torque in medium or low speed of the engine.
