SOLUTION: A lock mechanism attached enlarged wing 15 is constituted of a pair of brackets 50 fixed to a rotary shaft 10 at a certain interval in the vertical direction and a pair of enlarged arms 52 with a bearing pin 51 passing through the brackets 50 as a bearing in a rotatable manner around the axis, the basic ends of the enlarged arms 52 are held between a pair of spacers 53 and the brackets 50, and the bearing pin 51 passes through them. Control pins 54a and 54b for controlling the rotation of the enlarged arms 52 and a stopper pin 55 (lock member) for suppressing an opening and closing operation of the enlarged arms 52 are provided to the brackes 50 two each so as to pass through the brackets 50.
