PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo steering device having a steering damper capable of being easily assembled by a constitution element using the servo steering device. SOLUTION: In this hydraulic servo steering device for an automobile having a valve, two hydraulic pipes 1 guided up to a cylinder of a servo driving means from the valve and at least one single steering damper, this steering damper has a base body 4 being movably arranged in an operating chamber 3 along a passage and restricting a first passage through which fluid can flow by an outer wall 2 of the operating chamber 3.
