PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel mounting structure capable of improving workability during attaching of an instrumental panel to a car body. SOLUTION: In this instrument panel mounting structure, the instrument panel 4 is clamped on a front panel 1 of the car body by a bolt 13. It features that a positioning face is formed on an upper face part continuous with a bolt hole bearing face provided on a car body side front panel 4 for fixing the instrument panel 4, an engagement member 4B engaging to the positioning face is provided on the instrument panel attached to the front panel, and the engagement member 4B is engaged to the positioning face during mounting for matching bolt holes of a front panel side and an instrument panel side.
