PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve driving operability by obtaining steering or shift control adapted to a road surface (a paddy field) condition or a desired traveling feeling of an operator. SOLUTION: This crawler traveling car provided with a shift member 25 for driving left and right crawlers 2 at the same speed in the same direction and a steering member 28 for driving the left and right crawlers 2 at the same speed in the inverse direction, is featured by being constituted so as to correct a control reference value by a turning sensitivity setting unit 117 by prestoring the control reference value of a speed change in the left and right crawlers 2 decided on the basis of a detecting result of a steering angle sensor 113 and a shift sensor 111.
