摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid sealing type cylindrical vibration control device of a new structure surely and stably preventing protrusion of a rubber elastic film to an outer circumferential face side in an opening window portion of the outer circumferential member in sticking the outer circumferential edge of the rubber elastic film to the opening window portion penetratingly provided in the outer cylinder member by vulcanization. SOLUTION: A level-difference shaped annular recessed groove 62 projecting radially inward across the whole circumference of the edge portion is formed relative to the opening window portion 58 of the outer cylinder member 14 and the outer circumferential edge portion of the rubber elastic film 60 is stuck to the annular recessed groove 62 by vulcanization.
