PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a material by which the material for the boxlike container with both ends of a side wall plate sturdily bound can be manufactured at once and the container is assembled by fitting a bottom plate into the side wall plate and fastening the side wall plate at one spot and besides with high precision and efficiency and further, at a low cost and showing a presentable outer finish. SOLUTION: A crosswise width length La is a required length for forming the side wall plate of the boxlike container. A longitudinal width length Lb is equivalent to plural times the height H of a single piece of the side wall plate. In addition, on the surface of a sheet 10A for the inner side wall plate equal to the total length of a plurality of the inner side wall plates 2a which are continuous in a longitudinal row, a plurality of bottomed grooves for forming grooves 3 are cut at a specified interval. In addition, the side ends orthogonal with the longer direction of the grooves 3 of the sheet 10A for the inner side wall plate and a sheet 10B for an outer side wall plate having the same area as the sheet 10A, are excessively protruded only by a required length for stacked joining margins S1, S2. Finally, the sheet 10A for the inner side wall plate and the sheet 10B for the outer side wall plate which are bonded together in one piece, are cut at an interval equal to the height H of a single piece of the side wall plate. |
