发明名称 PROMOTED NICKEL CATALYST SUPPORTED ON ZIRCONIA FOR REFORMING REACTION AND SYNTHETIC GASES PREPARING METHOD FROM METHANE GAS USING THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: Disclosed is a preparation method of nickel catalyst supported on zirconia for preparation the synthetic gases from methane by CO2. The catalyst is composed of nickel, alkali or alkali earth metal for coke-durability and activity increase, and zirconia containing alkali earth metal or IIIB group metals. CONSTITUTION: The catalyst for methane reforming by CO2 is expressed as M1-M2-Ni/M3-M4-ZrO2, where M1 is alkali metal, M2 and M3 are alkali earth metal, and M4 is IIIB group or lanthanide. The respective catalytic species are 1-20 wt% of nickel, 0-0.2 mol ratio of M1 metal to nickel, 0-4 mol ratio of M2 to nickel, and 0.01-1.0 mol ratio of M3 or M4 to zirconia, respectively. Zirconia is prepared by a co-precipitation method or a sol-gel method, and the nickel and promoter-contained catalyst is prepared by a fusing method or an impregnation method. A co-precipitation method for preparation of zirconia is carried out by the following procedure. 1M zirconium chloride is mixed with 1M metal nitrate solution at 50-70 deg.C for 4-8 h and 29.8 wt% ammonia water is added up to 10 of pH to precipitate zirconium oxide. The precipitate is filtered and washed with 5% ammonia water and distilled water to remove chlorine ions. Zirconia is prepared by the dry process of 90-100 deg.C for 10 -12 h and the calcination process of 700-900 deg.C for 7-9 h. Over the prepared zirconia, nickel and promoters are impregnated by the following procedures. 1M nickel nitrate solution and metal nitrate solution are mixed with the zirconia slurry at 25 deg.C for 5-7 h. Water content of the mixture is removed by the vacuum evaporator, and the catalyst is prepared by the dry of 100 deg.C for 12 h and the calcination of 400-500 deg.C for 4 h.
