PURPOSE: Provided is an inclined plate clarifier which is installed with a distributing means for enhancing settling efficiency and a clogging preventing means to removal sludge settling on the inclined plates (1) in order to prevent clogging between inclined plates (1). CONSTITUTION: The inclined plate clarifier comprises a distribution means that consists of a round hopper (32), a sludge discharger (33) for discharging settled sludge to outside, an orifice pipe (34), through which turbulent condition become distributing condition, for traveling wastewater into clarifier part; a clogging preventing means equipped with an aeration pipe (44) through which air is injected to floating sludge by vortex in case of settling a regular amount of sludge on the inclined plate (1), an air supplying pipe (44). When the sludge is floated, an effluent cover (63) closes a supernatant outlet (64) to prevent flowing effluent until floated sludge is settled.
