AUTOMATIC ERECTABLE AND COLLAPSIBLE OYSTER MUSHROOM MEDIUM CONVEYOR

PURPOSE: An automatic erectable and collapsible oyster mushroom medium conveyor is provided to simply transfer articles fed to the top of a conveyor to a target table by installing a separate conveyor transferring the articles left and right. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary conveyor(21) is pushed to the position where articles are transferred sidewise. Up to the height where the articles are transferred, a cylinder(3) is manipulated for raising or lowering the angle of a conveyor(1). For transferring the articles, a belt(18) is horizontally maintained herein. When a motor is driven, a chain(13) fixed to a drive gear is transferred for rotating a guide pipe(12) on a shaft(11) to keep horizontality. According to the operation of limit switches, the motor stops. As transferring the articles by using a belt(6) upwardly, the articles are guided along the guide pipe to fall to the auxiliary conveyor. Then, the auxiliary conveyor rotates by a bidirectional motor to feed the dropped articles to a desired place.
