PURPOSE: A photo-curable silicone composition is provided, which is useful as a rapidly curing, highly releasable coating composition and is suitable for releasing pressure-sensitive adhesives. CONSTITUTION: The photo-curable silicone composition comprises at least one alkoxylated resin/polymer organosilicon network structure and a cation photoinitiator. The alkoxylated resin/polymer organosilicon network structure is obtained by mixing a component selected from at least one silicone polymer having at least two hydroxyl groups, at least one organic polymer having at least two hydroxyl groups and their mixtures, a MQ organosilicon resin, at least alkoxysilane having at least one radiation-curable group and a catalytic amount of basic catalyst; and adding a neutralizing agent to the obtained product. The MQ organosilicon resin is represented by £R3SiO1/2|a£R2SiO2/2|b£RSiO3/2|c£SiO4/2|d, wherein R's are independent each another and are a methyl group or a hydroxyl group; and a, b, c and d is 0 or greater than 0, a + b + c + d = 1, 0 <= (b + c) <= 0.2, and a:(b+c+d) is 0.3:1 to 1:1.
