PURPOSE: Provided is an agitator for mixing water with oil by destroying particles of liquid and, then, mixing the particles together without the need for expensive high-speed motor. CONSTITUTION: The agitator for mixing water with oil comprises: i) a fixed support having an inlet (12) and an outlet (11) and supporting a motor (30), which is installed on a tank; ii) a circular fixed shaft (40) inserted into the tank (10) and bound with the fixed support (20); iii) a bushing (70) bound with a bushing case(71); iv) a fixed rota (50) bound with the fixed shaft (40); v) a binding coupling (60) bound with a motor axis (31) and inserted into the fixed shaft (40); and vii) a rotation shaft (80) having projective screws (82) and bound with rotating impellers (90).
