This is an automatic aligned distributor for objects with continuous flow at pre-selected outlets which has the facility to separate the objects entering it and distribute them to specific, pre-selected outlets at great speed and with full control of the course of the objects with zero probability of error. This process uses: - Many independent conveyor belts in a in-line arrangement, each with the facility to revolve independently. - A scanner at the entrance to the system. - Sensor instruments on each conveyor belt for automatic control of the continuous flow of objects so they are distributed as programmed to pre-selected exits. - A program to co-ordinate and control the process. |
