PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain display of photographed images with high quality by reducing a blurring of the photographed image for a video phone and to suppress a transmission data quantity by increasing the compression rate of the photographed image data. SOLUTION: An image input section 15 stores image data photographed by a camera section 2 to an image memory section 16. When a camera-shake correction processing on switch 11 is closed, a control section 14 receives information of detecting mechanical or electrical tilt from a tilt information detection section 12 and zoom-setting information from a zoom-setting section 13. The control section conducts blurring correction processing on the basis of the tilt information, when the zoom-setting information is unchanged in comparison with the just preceding information. When the zoom-setting information is changed, since it is possible that the photographing object area is changed largely by a change in the focal distance, no blurring correction processing is conducted. The blurring correction processing is conducted, by replacing the present image data with the previously photographed image data received when a tilt is detected, or with the photographed image data received, after the tilt is detected. |
