PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locating pin structure, capable of reinforcing a locating pin with a simple constituent. SOLUTION: A locating hole 10b is formed near the relative position control point of a bracket 10 to position the relative position control points of two members 10, 12. A locating pin 12c, fitted to the locate hole 10b, is projected on the general surface 12a of the member 12 made of resin. The peripheral part of the locating pin 12c at the general surface 12a side of the member 12 made of the resin is formed to a recessed part 12d recessed relative to the bracket 10. The bottom of the recessed part 12d is continued in a curved shape R to the base end 12c1 of the locating pin.
