PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized automatic double-side printing device capable of performing high-speed printing that the printing speed of double-sided printing is equipment to that of one-sided printing, as an option without making an electrophotographic device expensive. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a printing part, a paper carrying path for carrying paper 15 to the printing part in order by following a path from the printing of either surface of the paper 15 to the printing of the back surface thereof, and a switchback mechanism 30 arranged at a part of the paper carrying path and feeding the paper 15 to the printing part by reversing it from the front surface to the back surface. Then, the mechanism 30 is constituted so that the succeeding paper can be introduced when the preceding paper 15 goes toward the printing part, and further the entire length of the paper carrying path is made almost the integral multiple of the length obtained by summing up the length in the carrying direction of the paper 15 and the distance of the interval of the paper 15. |
