PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor head the thickness of which can be reduced as a whole when the head is attached to the other side and, at the same time, which can be attached easily to the other side. SOLUTION: A pair of flange sections 23 and 23 (24 and 24) is laterally protruded from the upper and lower edges of the side face 19A of a housing 19 installed to the sensor head 25, and the side face 22A of the front end of a variable section 22 extended from the side face 19A. In attaching the sensor head 25 to an arm 13, the variable section 22 is put in the through hole 16 of the arm 13 in a state such that the section 22 is brought closer to the housing 19 to cause the section 22 to restore by its elastic reaction. When the section 22 is restored, the opened margin of the through hole 16 engages its protrusions with recesses of the flange sections 23 and 23 (24 and 24) in face to face with each other in the vertical direction and, consequently, the head 25 is fixed to the through hole 16 in a removal-stopping state. |
