PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swivel device capable of efficiently correcting the excavation direction with a simple structure and a multi-air hammer device using it. SOLUTION: An air swivel main body 76 is constituted of a case 80 and a rotor 84. Three recesses 88A-88C forming feed air chambers 90A-90C with the inner periphery of the case 80 are formed on the outer periphery of the rotor 84, and three feed air ports 86X-86Z are formed on the outer periphery of the case 80. Feed air pipes 58A-58C are communicated with the feed air chambers 90A-90C via feed air paths 92A-92C, andoperating air is fed to air hammers via the feed air pipes 58A-58C. When the operating air is fed from the feed air port 86X, the operating air is fed only to the feed air chamber communicated with the feed air port 86X, and only the air hammer communicating with this feed air chamber is operated, thereby only the air hammer in a specific direction can be operated.
