PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily align the end faces of iron core members, without making adverse the electromagnetic characteristics of an iron core and without deteriorating efficiency in production, when laminating the iron core members. SOLUTION: In this laminating method, a truncated chevron shaped iron core member 15 having an end face 16 cut at 45 deg. is dropped from a hoop member 11 onto a palette 23, with which the upper surface is made into a slope 23a, having fan-shaped guide members 24 and 24 of the same angle, butted by the guide member 24, while sliding on that slope 23a and successively laminated at this position so that the end face 16 of the iron core member 15 is aligned.
