PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform recording and reproducing of transferred information by a device superior in portability while keeping a concept of prohibiting copy, and to reproduce information almost simultaneously between devices transferring reproduction information. SOLUTION: In data transfer between devices, a CPU 11 incorporated in the device on one side (home server 1) reads out reproduction information recorded in a recording medium (HDD16) of the CPU itself in accordance with transfer request from the device on the other side (wireless terminal 2) and transfers it to the device on the other side, and reproduction information of quantity of the prescribed unit of itself is made invalid when transfer of reproduction information of quantity of the prescribed unit is finished. In the device on the other side receiving reproduction information, reproduction is performed while recording transferred reproduction information of quantity of the prescribed unit by a CPU 21 incorporated in the device. |
