PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a going-out setting device, for which a going-out is exactly set by setting going-out for the first time when the aged or the like actually goes out from an entrance or the like. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a portable transmitter 6 carried by a person to go out and a receiver 4 for receiving a radio wave J from the portable transmitter 6, the receiver 4 is connected to a safety confirming device 5 and when the portable transmitter 6 gets away and it is regarded the radio wave J is not received any more, going-out is set to the said safety confirming device 5.
