PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively concentrate an infrared ray from a light emitting element to a photodetector. SOLUTION: An infrared photodetector 10 is disposed toward an outward direction in the case 100 of an electrical equipment to receive an infrared signal from the outward direction. A reflecting plate 120 for concentrating the infrared ray to the infrared photodetector 110 is provided at the outside of the photodetector 110. The plate 120 has a function of electromagnetically shielding, and is formed in a substantially flared state gradually enlarged from the inward side of the case 100 toward the outward side. The inner peripheral surface of the plate 120 is formed as a reflecting surface to radially refract the ray received by the plate 120 from an LED 130 and to introduce the ray incident on the photodetector 110. Therefore, the region of the ray concentrated to a photodiode 112 is enlarged, and the ray can be effectively concentrated. |
