PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report emergency as necessary after confirming the existence of a reaction by a person in a vehicle when an accident occurs in the vehicle. SOLUTION: An information originating device obtains the present position of an automobile from a navigation device (step A1) when a trigger signal is outputted by a G sensor (start) and issues alarm to the person in the automobile that an emergency report is started by using the speaker of an automobile telephone device (step A2). Unless the ON-operation of a stop switch is executed within a prescribed time after issuing alarm (step A3: NO and step A4: YES), the emergency alarm is sent to a public center or a private center by the automobile telephone device. |
