PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample-solution dispensing method in which an operator does not supply a sample solution directly to a laboratory dish, in which the sample solution in a prescribed amount is supplied precisely to only the prescribed position of the laboratory dish and which is used suitably for an automatic specimen inspection sample creation apparatus capable of creating an inspection sample automatically and to provide its apparatus. SOLUTION: In the dispensing method, the dispensing position of the sample solution is set, a plurality of pipettes are integrated and assembled, the sample solution in a set amount is sucked by the plurality of integrated pipettes from a prescribed storage container arranged in a dispensing preparation position, the plurality of integrated pipettes are moved to the dispensing position, and dispensing operations are performed simultaneously. The dispensing apparatus is used for the method.
