PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect the remaining capacity, of a battery even during a call. SOLUTION: The parameters of the remaining capacity of the battery V1 and V2 indicate a full charged state (S1). When a consumption portion from the fully charged state is smaller than an offset value, V1 is smaller than a value obtained by adding the offset value to V2 (S5) so that a balancer is not moved. When the battery is further consumed and the consumption portion of the battery 6 exceeds the offset value, the value obtained by adding the offset value to V2 becomes smaller than V1 (S5). Then the balancer 7 is moved to the lower part of a portable telephone set 1 for the first time (S6). |
