<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallelopiped paper container with a hinged lid which is easy to open and close. <P>SOLUTION: The parallelopiped paper container with a hinged lid has a double wall by winding a single paper base by approximately two winds. The outer peripheral wall and the inner peripheral wall are sectioned by a virtual border provided approximately at the intermediate position in the winding direction of the paper base. The outer peripheral wall has a first crease extending from an external end of a direction orthogonal to the winding direction of its upper part toward the virtual border, a second crease extending from the virtual boarder toward an external end of the outer peripheral wall to align with the first crease, and an outer peripheral wall cutting line for connecting the first and second creases with each other. The inner peripheral wall has an easy-to-unseal cut line extending in connection with the second crease to an external end in the direction orthogonal to the winding direction of the inner peripheral wall, a separating cut line extending upward from a tip of the cut line, and an inner peripheral wall cut line extending from the tip of the separating cut line to the external end in the direction orthogonal to the winding direction of the inner peripheral wall.
