PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint capable of visually recognizing an insertion state of a pipe from the outside, strong in mechanical strength after using it in a high temperature state for a long period of time and capable of increasing longevity. SOLUTION: A joint main body 12, a cap 30 and a collar 23 constituting a joint 37 are formed of a transparent resin material of polyphenylsulfon. The coupler 37 is constituted by screwing the joint main body 12 and the cap 30 on each other, and the collar 23 is positioned and fixed between both of them. A pair of lock rings 28 positioned and fixed in the collar 23 is positioned and fixed in the joint 37. Grooves are constituted between a first step part 20 of an outer end surface of the joint main body 12 and a base end surface of the collar 23 and between a second step part 36 of an inner end surface of the cap 30 and a head end surface of the collar 23. Depth of each of the grooves corresponds to an outside diameter of a cross-section of each of seal rings 21. |
