PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple automatic focusing device of surveying equipment capable of simultaneously performing manual focusing so as to correct an individual difference in a surveying apparatus. SOLUTION: This automatic focusing device of surveying equipment is provided with a photoelectric conversion part 15, an image forming optical system for introducing the incident light from a measuring object on the photoelectric conversion part, a driving part 17 for changing a condensing state of the image forming optical system, a manual focusing input part 9, an automatic focusing control part 25 for forming an image of the measuring object on the photoelectric conversion part by driving the driving part on the basis of output from the photoelectric conversion part and a manual focusing control part 33 for driving the driving part by a signal from the manual focusing input part. |
