PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video mail system and its method, which is suitable not to be used in home and an office but to be exclusively used for public use. SOLUTION: The video mail system is provided with a computer system which is integrated in a housing being suitable for public use and connected to a communication network via an interface. The computer system is provided with one or a plurality of encoder modules, a video card or a sound card, a video camera and a microphone. The video mail system is provided with one or a plurality of hard disks, a graphic card, a computer monitor and a keyboard. An operating system, an electronic mail program and a video mail user program including a control module for providing communication to users and a batch module for controlling video recording are respectively executed in the video mail system. |
