PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and small generator which is constituted of a radial magnet and a power generating coil and which saves a space by forming a structure in which a small rechargeable battery and a spring as the rotation motive force source of the magnet can be built in. SOLUTION: A small high-characteristic radial ring magnet is provided. The power generating coil which is arranged so as to be adjacent to the radial ring magnet is provided. As a mechanism which turns the magnet, a small and simple constituent mechanism which is composed of a rotating plumb hob, a rack and pinion, a spring and the like is formed.
