<p>The device has a cooking grill for receiving food to be cooked, where height of the grill is adjusted by an adjustment unit. A suction unit i.e. vacuum blower (22), sucks smoke emitted by cooking of food, into a barbecue body (20). A guiding unit (26) guides the sucked smoke towards a smoke filtering unit (24), where the smoke filtering unit filters the smoke. A heating unit is housed below the grill, where the heating unit comprises an electric heating resistor powered by a power grid. The guiding unit has guiding walls (28) forming ducts between the filtering unit and openings of the body.</p> |
