PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power combiner that can maintain its low loss and impedance matching characteristic even when the number of signal paths to be combined is changed. SOLUTION: A 1st switching means of the switching power combiner is placed between N-sets of input ports and a 1st common node 28, where at least come of N-sets of the input ports are connected to the 1st common node 28, which combines signals received through the input ports. N sets of paths have different characteristic impedances. A 2nd switching means connects electrically the 1st common node 28 to an output port PO through one of the N-sets of the paths. A control section 60 controls the switching operation of the 1st and 2nd switching means. The path to electrically connect the 1st common node 28 to the output port PO depends on the number of the input ports connected to the 1st common node 28.
