PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a drop in reliability of a refrigerating plant 10 by stabilizing the composition of a non-azeotropic mixed refrigerant flowing through a refrigerant circuit 12. SOLUTION: A refrigerating plant provided with a refrigerant circuit 12 which performs a thermo-compression refrigerating cycle by using the non- azeotropic mixed refrigerant is provided with a storing section 43 which makes a liquid refrigerant to flow out while the section 43 stores the mixed refrigerant on a high-pressure liquid line. The outlet sides of evaporators 31 and 23 are connected to the suction side of a compressor 21 not through any accumulator.
