PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery device that can reduce firmly and simply an inner consumption power in separated state. SOLUTION: A secondary battery comprises a rechargeable battery body 11, a controller 12 for controlling recharging and discharging of the battery body according to recharging and discharging state thereof, first connectors 15, 16 for connecting the battery body and electronic equipment when mounted to the electronic equipment, and second connectors 17, 18 being electrically connected to the first connectors through the electronics (connector 21 of the electronics) when mounted to the electronics equipment. Therefore, the controller is connected to the battery body through the first connectors from the second connectors.
