PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of assembling a washer in a simple structure. SOLUTION: A hanging bell-shape is formed by providing a ring-shaped flat surface part 4b10 and a cylindrical part 4b11 formed by bending so as to integrally rise up from an external peripheral edge of this flat surface part 4b10, so as to prevent easily coming off of a washer 4b9 from a shaft member 4b3, for instance when a hanging bell-shaped washer 4b9 is mounted relating to a coil spring 4b7, the shaft member 4b3, even when it is not inserted in the washer 4b9, is made difficult to come off from the coil spring 4b7, so as to improve workability for assembling the washer.
