<p>The invention relates to a medicament which can be used to cure diabetes mellitus and other kinds of pathology accompanied a hyperglycaemia or characterised by excessive albumiolysis and decreased synthesis thereof. The essence of the invention is an insulin-containing medicament for peroral application and a method for producing said insulin-containing medicament for peroral application. The insulin-containing medicament contains insulin immobilised on the red blood capsules of mammals with the presence of a binding agent. The method for producing said medicament comprises extracting erythrocytes from the mammal's blood by means of centrifugal forces, incubating the obtained eritrocites with insulin in presence of the binding agent and oscillation of a mixture, subsequent washing of the immobilised insulin with a physiological solution for several cycles and exposing the suspension in each cycle to the centrifugal forces. A stabilizer is then added to the immobilised insulin before the lyophilization thereof.</p> |
