PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium capable of integrally managing the data of various AV formats and a method and a device for recording and reproducing the data to/from the information recording medium. SOLUTION: In an optical disk for recording objects such as image and sound data, as management information, pieces of PGC information 50 and 70 for defining the reproducing order of the objects and object information 80 which is the information relating to the objects are recorded. In the PGC information, there are original PGC 50 automatically prepared by a system at the time of recording the objects and user-defined PGC 70 freely defined by a user. The respective pieces of the PGC information 50 and 70 are provided with cell information 60, 61... for specifying the kind, identification information and reproducing section of the object to be reproduced. The order of the pieces of cell information 60, 61... inside the PGC information corresponds to the reproducing order of the objects.
