PURPOSE: A vulcanizing method reduces vulcanizing time to improve productivity of vulcanization and improve adhesive force between a tube rubber and a valve base rubber. CONSTITUTION: A vulcanizing method comprises a step to supply low pressure steam inside a tube to be vulcanized and a step to supply high pressure steam. The step to supply high pressure steam comprises a first high pressure steam supplying step, a forcing discharging step of condensate water generated inside the tube and a second high pressure steam supplying step. The pressure of the low pressure steam is 4 - 7kg/mm¬3. The pressure of the high pressure steam is 11 - 14kg/mm¬3.
