PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an efficiency by suppressing condensed latent heat of steam turbine outlet steam, in a gas turbine combined plant. SOLUTION: Compressed air in a compressor 1 and fuel are burnt by a combustor 2, gas is expanded in a gas turbine 3, to drive a power generator 8. Exhaust gas 104 enters in an exhaust gas boiler 4, steam 108 is heated by a gas 105 so as to generate an exhaust gas 106. Outlet steam 109 from the exhaust gas boiler 4 is expanded in a steam turbine 5 to generate an outlet steam 110. Although the outlet steam 110 is cooled in a steam cooler 10 to generate outlet steam 112 of a low temperature, the steam does not condense but becomes the outlet steam 112 compressed by the steam compressor 11 to generate delivery steam 113, and it is supplied to the exhaust gas boiler 4. Since the steam will not condense in the steam cooler 10, the loss of steam condensed latent heat becomes small in a low level so as to improve an efficiency of the plant.
