PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding with a uniform thickness of a low cost structure. SOLUTION: A rigid sheet 6 is arranged in a mold 21 and a molten thermoplastic resin 2' is supplied to one of the sides of the rigid sheet 6 and further, a compressed fluid is supplied to the other side of the rigid sheet 6. Thus the resin 2' is pressed by means of the rigid sheet 6 to shape the resin 2'.
